All membership fees are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.
Membership and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law. Refunds may be considered if:
• Duplicate payments occur.
• Payment is deducted but membership is not activated.
• Other exceptional circumstances approved by RealMarry at its sole discretion.
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.
Accounts suspended for violation of the Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
If an amount is debited but the subscription is not activated due to a technical issue, users should contact support with payment details. Eligible cases will be resolved after verification.
